French Patisserie with an Asian Flavour.
Sugarcane Studio was founded by Taiwanese pastry chef, Fang-Yu Lin in 2018. After several years working in various hotels and patisseries in London and Taipei, Fang-Yu decided to branch out and focus on creating the styles and flavours she loves, with a distinctly Asian twist on traditional French patisserie.
We specialise in macarons, and our ever-growing array of flavours is a testament to our passion for building on tried-and-tested tastes, and experimenting with new, more exotic ones.
You can find us at our shop on Grove Street in Bath, and also twice a month at Bath Farmers Market.
